Shirley Wilson's Husband, Ronald, and I were members of the Ebensburg Cambria High School Class of 1952. They were faithful attendees of the monthy dinner meetings we held. After Ron's passing, Shirley continued to attend these meetings as long as Jeannette and I held them. Jeannette and I will always remember Shirley for the outgoing, cheerful person she was. My parents (Don and Hilda Dumm) loved Shirley's energy and enthusiasm. She was so kind and such a creative sewer! I last saw her on a trip back to Ebensburg about 5 years ago when my mother wanted to "gift" her with some fabric remnants. Couldn't believe she was still rollerskating then and as I understand continued skating til recently. I never got to share vacations with you on the "big yellow bus" but I remember Shirley and Ronnie getting it ready to roll. May they both rest in peace together, Janice Weakland Whitmire, SC

I was so privileged to call her my close friend, and she and Ron were such a blessing to me. Tracy is so special and is such a mirror of her Mom in her joy for life and perpetual smile. Mother's Day will always have a tender meaning to me, as I watched her care for and love Connie through her journey home. Shirley leaves a legacy of mischievous cuteness and giggles, and I will never forget the sweetness of life when I was around her. Love you Tracy and praying for comfort for you and all who loved her.
