Obituary of Elizabeth M. Somogyi

SOMOGYI – Elizabeth M., 95, of Delmont, formerly of Vinco, passed away Nov. 7, 2020. Born June 1, 1925 in Nanty Glo, daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Botticchio) Salvetti. Preceded in death by husband William M.; son, David; sisters, Mary Toth and Jennie Kuntz. Survived by children, Barbara (Peter) Cassebeer; Lisa (Craig) Hunter; and William (Kathy) Somogyi. Daughter in law, Josephine Somogyi. Grandchildren, Aaron Cassebeer, Matthew Somogyi, Christopher Hunter, Evan Hunter, Adam Somogyi and Amber (Somogyi) Goodenow. Great Granddaughter, Allison Somogyi. Also survived by sister, Teresa Salvetti; brother, John (Martha) Salvetti; and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Mundys Corner. A Memorial Service is being planned for a later date. Arrangements in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo.
