JACOBSKY-HEMMING – Cynthia M.,"Uba Uba" (Silbaugh) 56, of Twin Rocks, passed away Feb. 5, 2013. Born Jan. 2, 1957 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Richard N. and Hermenia (Stupsky) Silbaugh. Preceded in death by son, Richard; and sister, Lisa. Survived by husband, Sam Jacobsky; former husband, Dennis Hemming; children, Elizabeth Hemming and Becky Hemming; stepchildren, Chris (Michelle) Jacobsky and Tina (Dave) Beilchick. Grandchildren, Conner, Jenna, Emma, Ashley, Austin, Shawnee and Tonya. Also survived by sister, Julie; nephew, Josh; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cindy was known for her scrapbooking and cooking. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday. Interment, St. Charles Cemetery, Twin Rocks. In lieu of flowers, donations in Cindy’s memory may be made to her family.
