GREENE - Gloria Jean " Googe" , 61, of Mundys Corner, passed away May 15, 2015 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born May 11, 1954 in Johnstown, daughter of the late John and Hilda (Nealen) Dyson. Preceded in death by brothers, John and Rodger Dyson. Survived by husband of 42 years, Ricky Greene; and children, Ricky, Jr. (Tina) Greene; Robert (Wendy) Greene; Angela (companion, Todd Hudson) Greene; and Valerie (Roger) Findley. Also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Margie Dyson; and brother, Curtis (Susan) Dyson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Mundys Corner. Worked on Precinct 3, Jackson Township Election Board. Formerly employed by Richland Manor. Googe enjoyed going to the beach, going on cruises, gambling, and gardening. She loved spending time with her grandchildren; and also loved her cats, Mojoan and Shadow. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where vigil prayer service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Vianney Church, the Rev. Andrew C. Stanko, celebrant. Committal to follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg.
