CRAWFORD - Jill A., 59, of Nanty Glo, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Jill was born December 2, 1959 in Colver, daughter of Kenneth and Leora Crawford. She is preceded in death by her father Kenneth. Survived by her mother, at home; brother and sisters: Mac (Harry) Fowkes, Apollo; Lynnann (Dave) Pytash of Mount Joy; Jackie Fontana & Joy Crawford both of Nanty Glo; and Kip (Kathy) Crawford of Christiana. Also 5 nephews, 3 nieces, several great nieces and nephews; and her trusted buddy, dog “Festus”. Jill had been employed as an aide for both the Mayview and Ebensburg Centers (State Schools) She enjoyed following the Penguins and Steelers. A Memorial Service is being planned for the spring, with interment at Edwards Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo .
