VILLA - Joseph A. Sr. "Punda," 63, of Nanty Glo, died April 20, 2005, at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 13, 1941, in Johnstown, son of Jesus and Mary (Servantez) Villa. Preceded in death by parents and sisters, Patricia Villa and Josephine Duncan. Survived by fiancee, Patricia Rollyson, Colver; children, Joseph Jr., married to the former Jody Varner, Nanty Glo; Francis, married to the former Joan Diviney, Twin Rocks; Michele Dill, and husband, Robert, Nanty Glo; Elena Sheesley, and husband, Perry, Nanty Glo; Cynthia Bodenschatz, and husband, Denton, Carlisle; and William, married to the former Angela Cummings, Nanty Glo; and grandchildren, Kristen, Michael, Matthew and Cory Villa; Nicole Villa; Lakyn and Zack Buck; Andrea and Devin Dill; and Dawson Bodenschatz. Also survived by Janet Villa, Nanty Glo; brothers and sisters, Mary Dunn, High Point, N.C.; John, and wife, Linda, Ohio; Margaret Ann Morales, and husband, Rudy, Johnstown; Robert, and wife, Debbie, Johnstown; and Darlene Jedrzejik, and husband, Edward, Johnstown; and many loving nieces and nephews. Member of St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo. Retired from Mine 33. Worked for Corporate Security. Singer in the Freedom Band. Member of UMWA Local 1368, Revloc. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo. Complete obituary in Friday's paper.
