RAGER - Mary M. (Katchur), 85, Nanty Glo, died April 28, 2005, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Feb. 6, 1920, in Clearfield County, daughter of the late Adam and Ann (Fetchu) Katchur. Preceded in death by husband, Clarence; brothers, Andrew, John and Joe; sister, Elizabeth Labyack; and two granddaughters. Survived by two sons, Rob, married to Avelene Gniewek, Warren, Ohio, and Clarence Jr., married to Linda Croyle, New Germany; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother and sisters, Agnes Scrmulis, Brunswick, Ohio; George, Jeffersonville, Ind.; Ann Paluchak, Johnstown; Verna Baker, Summerhill; and Dorothy Katchur, Johnstown; and many nieces and nephews. Member of St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo; Altar and Rosary Society; and Nanty Glo VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where liturgical wake service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Father David Peles, celebrant. Interment to follow in Pike Brethren Cemetery, Mundys Corner.
