PARKINS - Ophelia, 79, Ebensburg, died June 17, 2005. Born Aug. 5, 1925, in Ebensburg, daughter of Peter Sr. and Cecelia (Kelly) Lagana. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Joseph; sister, Delores Karcher; and brother, Peter Jr. Survived by son, Timothy, married to the former Evelyn Hullihen, Ebensburg, and grandson, Bradley. Formerly employed by the Cambria County Courthouse in the commissioners office. No public viewing or visitation. Funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, the Rev. Msgr. Arnold L. Gaus. Committal, Holy Name Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Matevish & Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg.
