BAROSKY - Joseph, 75, Nanty Glo, died July 4, 2005, at home. Born Nov. 6, 1929, in Aultman, son of the late Peter and Katherine (Trenchak) Barosky. Preceded in death by sister, Mary; brothers, John and Peter Jr.; and infant brother. Surviving are sisters, Ann Szymusiak and Marie Flanagan, both of Nanty Glo; brother, Charles, Delaware City, Del.; and many nieces and nephews. Member of Holy Ascension Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Nanty Glo, and the Nanty Glo American Legion, Post 619. Opened Barosky's Barber Shop with his brother, John, in 1955, and continued cutting hair until three months ago. He was an Army veteran stationed in Germany. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. The family will gather at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, the Rev. Father George Hnatko, celebrant. Interment to follow in church cemetery.
