DORSCH - Helen A., 89, Ebensburg, died July 18, 2005, in Portage. Born July 31, 1915, in Nanty Glo, daughter of John and Martha Ochson. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Elmer E.; daughter, Mary Ann Niebauer; great-grandchildren, Valerie Wiemer and Sophia, Jarrod and Zackery Biller; and brothers, John, Frank and Joe. Survived by children, John, married to the former Marian Lee, Ebensburg, and Diane Dorsch, Florida; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Sister of Ann Ochson, Ebensburg. Retired from the Ebensburg Center, with 20 years of service. Member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court 680, Ebensburg. Friends received from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg, where vigil wake service will be held Wednesday evening. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, the Rev. Msgr. Arnold L. Gaus. Committal, Holy Name Mausoleum, Ebensburg. Catholic Daughters Rosary, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Portage Rebekah Manor Activity Fund or Windber Hospice, in Helen's memory.
