Obituary of David Michael DeLattre

DeLATTRE David Michael Goober , 31, a resident of Allegheny Valley School in Pittsburgh and a native of Summerhill, passed away suddenly April 15, 2015 at Cambria Care Center. Born October 27, 1983 in Johnstown, son of David and Cathy A. (Ferguson) DeLattre. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Paul G. Ferguson, Sr. and uncle Gary Ferguson. He is survived by his parents and brother Alex, of Summerhill; his maternal grandmother Mary Catherine Ferguson, and his paternal grandparents Clement L. and Ann DeLattre, all of Ebensburg and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Goober was a graduate of the Western PA School for the Blind in Pittsburgh, and has been a resident at Allegheny Valley School since 2004. He loved to swim and enjoyed music. He valued his family and enjoyed his friends. Private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
