AMBRISCO – CRETIN, Leona (Ager), 96 of St. Benedicts Manor, formerly of Ebensburg, passed away peacefully December 11, 2017 at the manor. Born December 27, 1920 in Nicktown, daughter of the late John & Evelyn Ager. She is preceded in death by her first husband Paul J. Ambrisco; second husband Isadore J. Cretin; and grandson Gary Lynch. Survived by children: Donald Ambrisco, Semi Valley, CA; Ann A. Lynch, Bowie, MD; Mary Lou Bellas, Pittsburgh; and Dennis Ambrisco, Denver, CO.; grandchildren: Adone & Nadine Ambrisco, Jeffrey Lynch, Ronald Ambrisco, Paul & Bobbie Bellas, and seven great-grandchildren. Leona was a member of Holy Name Roman Catholic Church, and a former member of the Ebensburg Senior Citizens. She enjoyed making oval rag rugs, dancing and playing cards. At her request, there will be no viewing. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 15th, 2017 at Holy Name Church, the Rev. Msgr. David Lockard, celebrant. Interment at Holy Name Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
