ADAMS – Roy C., 93, of Ebensburg, passed away March 24, 2018. Born April 23, 1924 in St. Augustine, son of the late Ned and Clementine (Smithbower) Adams. Preceded in death by daughter Donna; grandson, Tyler Adams; brother, Fred; and sister, Frances. Survived by wife, the former Marie C. Wirfel; children, Ronald (Beverly) Adams; David Adams; and Raymond (Karen) Adams. 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Brother of Florence Nagle; Bernard; and Nancy Dixon. Member and longtime Bingo volunteer at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg. WW II Army veteran. Retired television repairman. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where vigil prayer service will be held. Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Name Church, the Rev. Msgr. David Lockard, celebrant. Committal, Holy Name Mausoleum.
