Obituary of Lisa A. Pierchoski

PIERCHOSKI – Lisa A., 64, of Ebensburg, went to be with her Lord on July 7, 2018 at UPMC Altoona. Born January 14, 1954 in State College, Pa., she was the daughter of the late John C. and Margaret “Peggy” Pierchoski. She is survived by her brothers: Dr. Eric (Donna) Pierchoski, Latrobe; Stanley K. (Tammy) Pierchoski, Pulaski, TN.; sisters: Heidi A. (Kurt) Anderson, Wadsworth, IL.; Heather (Randy) Rose, Mundy’s Corner; and nieces and nephews: Kelsey Pierchoski; Courtney (Mitchell) Curry; Kurt and Jacob Pierchoski. For the last 15 years, Lisa was the owner/operator of “Bodies In Balance”, a store based on nutritional health, diet and wellness in Ebensburg. She had a passion for her work and loved spending her free time walking and tending to her dog’s “Sadie”, “Ruger” and “Remi”. She will be long remembered for her bright smile and her love of her dogs. Her family wishes to extend their thanks to Lisa’s caring and loyal customers, her good friends Sandie, Deb, Pran, and Sharon & Jack Flick; and to the loving caregivers at UPMC Altoona. At her request, there will be no viewing. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Shelter of your choice. Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
