Rupert - Fred J., 62, West Palm Beach, Florida and formerly of Ebensburg, died December 13, 2005 at home in Florida. Born September 1, 1943 in Johnstown, son of the late Fred E. and Mary (Ambrisco) Rupert. Preceded in death by wife, the former Donna Lugar, and daughter Suzanne "Suzie".
Survived by brother John Richard Rupert, Kenmore, New York; sisters-in-law Betty (Don) Spampinato, Helen (Steve) Pohlit, and Leona (Bud) Mock; brothers-in-law Joseph Lugar and Bernie (Eleanor) Lugar; and several nieces and nephews. Member of Holy Name Roman Catholic Church. Fred had been employed as an engineer at L Robert Kimball & Associates, and retired from Dy-Core, Portage. Fred enjoyed playing golf and enjoyed membership at many golf courses.
At Fred's request, there will be no viewing. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday at Holy Name Church, the Rev. Msgr. Arnold L. Gaus, celebrant. Committal at Holy Name Cemetery.
