KOTELNICKI - Nicholas J., 18, Ebensburg, died Dec. 5, 2004, at home. Born Oct. 20, 1986, in Johnstown, son of Stanley T. Kotelnicki and Kimberly McMullen. Preceded in death by grandmother, Susan M. McMullen; grandfather, Stanley Kotelnicki; cousin, Joshua Hull; and uncle, Phil Smiley. Survived by parents; grandmother, Ann Kotelnicki; brothers, Thayne Kotelnicki and Garrett Hines, both of Nanty Glo; and sister, Candy Kotelnicki. Nicholas is deeply loved and will be missed by all his family, friends and mentors. He was an honor student at ACRP, Hastings. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo. Private funeral service will be held by the family.
