Fulton - Alfreda B., 92, formerly of Colver, died November 8, 2006 at Laurel Crest Manor, Ebensburg. Born March 15, 1914 in Fallen Timber, daughter of the late Charles and Abigail (Simmers) Ball. Last surviving member of her immediate family. Preceded in death by husband Theodore on October 31, 2000; sisters Catherine (Ruben) Bush, Agatha (Howard) McHugh, Edna (Henry) Mereck, Mary, Eleanor (Albert) Warner, Alice (James) Simmers, Ruth (John) Kopchick and Alpheta; and brothers Oliver (Hazel Lewis) and Thomas (Ann Wanaha) Ball; Also sons-in-law John "Jack" Goss, Ronald Grenell, and Howard "Jr." Fetterman. Survived by children: Norma Jean Fetterman, Robert, married to the former Vicki Lisk, all of Salisbury, North Carolina; William, married to the former Edna Thompson, Fayetteville, North Carolina; Judith Grenell, Colver; Gerald, Mundys Corner; Thomas, married to the former Madge Chizer, Salisbury, NC, and Theodore, married to the former Elizabeth Bandrowsky, of Colver. "Ma" as she was known by her family was also survived by 20 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She leaves behind dear friends Winnie McHenry and Gerri Nedrow. "Freddie" as her friends called her was a long time member of the Colver Presbyterian Church and Ladies Association, Circle II. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday at the Colver Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Stanley Bhasker officiating. Interment at Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Colver Presbyterain Church or the Cambria Twp. Volunteer Fire Company.
