LLEWELLYN - David Thomas Jr., 55, of Nanty Glo, died Dec. 8, 2006, at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 19, 1951, in Johnstown, son of the late David Thomas Sr. and Lola (Folckemer) Llewellyn. Preceded in death by brother, Ralph. Surviving, wife of 33 years, the former Linda Hagens, Belsano; sons, Luke Llewellyn, and wife, Danielle, Twin Rocks, and Paul Llewellyn, and wife, Nichole, Masaryktown, Fla.; grandchildren, Bridget and Randy Llewellyn and Evan Horvath; brother, Daniel W. Llewellyn, married to the former Mary DeYulis, Mentor, Ohio; sister, Barbara Shirley, and husband, Terry, Brush Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews. A retired design and documentation manager with Invensys Appliance Control. Author of four registered patents. Active member of the Coal Country Auto Club, Twin Rocks, and the Blue Goose Sportsmen Club, Belsano. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, the Rev. John Snyder officiating. Interment to follow in United Brethren Cemetery, Belsano.
