KANIA - Raymond M., 60 of Nanty Glo, formerly of Virginia, passed away May 16, 2020 at West Penn Hospital. Born June 10, 1959 in Colver. Preceded in death by father, Stanley Kania, Sr.; sisters, Rosemary and Linda; and brothers, Gary and Ronald. Survived by mother, Mary (Anstead) Kania; brothers, Stanley (Susan) Kania, Walter Kania, Gordon (Brenda) Kania; sisters, Geraldine (Jeff) Fletcher, Florine (Gerald) Rupert, Mary (Kevin) Silvis, and Brenda (Norman) Smith; Also survived by step grandchildren, Akashia & Aliyah. Ray was employed as a foreman for Virginia Sprinkler Systems for 32 years. Member of Blue Goose Sportsmans Club and Twin Rocks VFW. He loved hunting and fishing, playing his guitar and singing.
