Obituary of David Grant Teeter

TEETER - David G., 78, of Mundys Corner, passed away peacefully on Dec. 26, 2020, son of the late Everett Clair, Sr. and Martha Elizabeth (Davis) Teeter. Preceded in death by brothers, Everett Clair, Jr. and Robert; and sister, Naomi Fitz. Survived by wife, the former  Violet "Polly"  Rummel; son, David A.; and grandchildren, Mitchell T., Hayley E., and Camryn N.; sisters, LaVerne Younker, Carol Holabeck; and brother, Allen Teeter. David was a US Army veteran and a proud memebr of Greater Johnstown Lodge # 538, where he was a 32 Degree Mason. A tractor trailer driver for over 50 years, David compiled many friends, memories and stories. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, at Pike Brethren Cemetery, Mundys Corner.  Arrangements in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo.
