Obituary of Margaret Ellen "Tiny" Cameron

CAMERON - Margaret Ellen "Tiny" (Owatt), 80, of Ebensburg, passed away peacefully at home following a long battle with cancer on May 28, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.  Born April 15, 1941 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Elvera "Biddie" (James) Owatt.  Survived by husband George Cameron, to whom she was married just days short of 60 years and children:  Tracy (Dave) Dalansky, Altoona and Joseph (Danielle) Cameron, of Ebensburg;  grandchildren: Heather Lynn Cameron (Tim Henderson) and Lindsey Ellen (Neil) Lee; and great-grandchildren:  Trevor Allen Lee, Zachary Joseph Lee, Isaac Joseph Henderson, and Tesa Ellen Lee.  "Tiny" was a member of the Ebensburg First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).  She retired in 2005, having been employed as a secretary for a food distribution business, and in her early years had worked for the former Ebensburg 5 & 10 and her parent's furniture store.  She enjoyed traveling with her husband.  Private funeral and entombment on Wednesday, (George & Tiny's Wedding  Anniversary) at Holy Name Mausoleum, the Rev. Dwayne Kaufman, officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Tiny's memory may be made to the Ebensburg First Christian Church
