Obituary of Tina M. Jerome

JEROME – Tina M., 60, of Jackson Township passed away on September 27, 2021. Born August 6, 1961 in Colver, daughter of the late Michael and Faye (Sybert) Jerome. She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved dog, Oliver. Tina is survived by the love of her life, Jerry Ray. They were together for over 40 years and married for 31. She is also survived by daughters, Caitlin; Rylie; and son, Jack. She is also survived by her sister, Michele (Bob) James; and their son Michael; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends; including devoted friends, Dave and Eileen Deskevich. Tina was extremely gifted academically and received her mechanical engineering degree from UPJ and her juris doctor from the Franklin Pierce Law Center. Tina loved and valued her family above all else and chose to raise her family in New Hampshire. There, she was heavily involved in every aspect of their lives including playing a central role in their violin lessons and crew regattas. She was a devoted wife and mother who spent most of her time talking, traveling, and laughing with her family and friends. She was also a lifelong member of the Catholic Church, and her faith was a central part of her life. She was the heart and soul of her family and her absence will be forever present. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Leonard Voytek, celebrant. Committal, Holy Name Mausoleum, Ebensburg. Donations in Tina’s memory may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo.
