FULTON – Scott R., 39, of Ebensburg, passed away September 27, 2021. Born June 6, 1982 in Johnstown, son of Christine (Fulton) Anderson. Survived by his mother Christine; maternal grandmother Barb Fulton, his fiancée, Kellie, whom he was with 18 years; daughter Jenna; sons: Trenton & Justin; sister Nicki and niece Laila. Scott had been employed in the tower construction business along the east coast. He enjoyed fishing and camping, his trusted dog “Odie” and spending free time with his family. He had a kind heart and would help anyone in need. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to his children. Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
