MEO - Grace, 100, of Carrolltown, formerly of Cresson, passed away March 8, 2022 at Rebekah Manor-Northern Cambria.  Born November 24, 1921 in Jim Thorpe, PA, daughter of the late Charles and Grace (Arndt) Hontz. Preceded in death by husband, Frank Meo; and brother, Paul Hontz. Last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by children, Maria Meo; and Michael (fiancĂ©, Brenda) Meo. 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.  Grace was a survivor of the Great Depression. Formerly worked in Army Intelligence during WW II then American Baptist Convention for 31 years. President of League of Retarded Citizens and was also a large part of keeping the Ebensburg Center open. Grace enjoyed typing and doing crossword puzzles. She loved her family and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family and are in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. Condolences may be left to the family at www.askew-houser.com
