Obituary of Martha D. Rummell

RUMMELL – Martha D. (Spicher), 90, of Ebensburg,  passed away peacefully August 12^th, 2022 at home, surrounded by her loving family.  Born October 8, 1931 in Flinton, Pa., daughter of the late Lemuel and Rosie (Painter) Spicher.  Last surviving member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by siblings: Audrey, Elaine, Eloise “Jean” and Kenneth.  Survived by husband of 71 years, Milton Rummell and children:  Darlene (Frank) Henry; Sonya (Patrick) Springer; Vicki Cessna; Marsha (Mark) Kretchman; David (Cheryl) Rummell, and Toni Jo (Paul) Hook.  Also 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.  A graduate of the former Ebensburg-Cambria Schools, Martha enjoyed sewing and quilting, and will long be remembered for her cooking skills and love of her family, especially her grandchildren, greats and great-greats.  Her marriage and her family were her greatest accomplishment.  Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Rev.
