Obituary of Joshua Robert McVay
McVAY – Joshua Robert,“Zeak”, 35, of Bellwood passed away unexpectedly on August 17, 2022. Born May 8, 1987, in Frederick, MD to James McVay, Sr. and Elaine Lagana Moxley. Preceded in death by his father James McVay Sr., grandparents Anthony and Betty Lagana, and James Moxley, Sr.
He is survived by his wife Ashley, children Liam, Delilah, and Brady, parents Mark and Elaine Moxley, siblings Meghan, Jeremy, Brenda, James, Jr., Matthew, Adam, and Ashley. Grandparents Edith Claggett and Rose Moxley, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, and we cannot forget his faithful goldendoodle “Demi”. Josh was a caring, loving son, husband, father, and friend to many and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on September 10th at 11:00 am at the Community Worship Center, 1300 Bald Eagle Ave, Tyrone PA 16686. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Institute of Mental Health www.nimh.nih.gov.
