Obituary of Janet P. Cicero

CICERO - Janet P. (Wagner), 96, formerly of Ebensburg, passed away November 18, 2023 in Morgantown, West Virginia.  Born February 11, 1927 in Ebensburg, the daughter of the late Karl and Eva Mae (Anderson) Wagner.
Preceded in death by husband, Arthur B. Cicero; sisters: Helen, Annabelle and Margaret; and brothers: Karl Jr., Alton and Merle Wagner.  Survived by children:  Arthur Kenneth (Lena) Cicero, New Stanton, Pa.; Daniel C. (Elaine) Cicero, Morgantown, W. Va., and Donald B. (Joy) Cicero, Gulf Breeze, Florida.  Janet was also grandmother to four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Janet was retired from Citizens Bank, where she had served as an operations center representative.  She had been a former member of the Ebensburg Baptist Church and member of the Eastern Star.  She converted to Catholicism in 2008.  She loved to travel the world, visiting most of Europe and the Holy Land in her lifetime and spending time with her famiy.  Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 28th, at the Holy Name Church Narthex, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Fr.
