Obituary of Linda Jo Kruper

KRUPER – Linda Jo (Noel), 70, of Ebensburg passed away December 16, 2023, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  Born September 8, 1953 in Spangler, daughter of the late Hilbert and Phyllis (Reed) Noel.  Last surviving member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Kenneth R. Kruper, and brother Hilbert “Fuzz” Noel, Jr.  Survived by daughters:  Carla (Dan) Templeton and Tonya (Ray J.) Johnson, both of Ebensburg.  Also survived by grandchildren: Korin Templeton (fiancé’ Zack Stephens); Kendra Templeton; Brendan and Nathan Johnson; and her “fur babies” “AJ” and “Daisy” as well as her grand-puppies.  Linda was an EMT and office secretary for the Ebensburg Area Ambulance Association, with 15 years of service.  In her retirement, she relished being Mom and Gram to her girls and grandchildren and enjoyed Hallmark and Lifetime movies.  A member of Holy Name Roman Catholic Church.  Friends will be received from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, followed by a Funeral Service at 6:15 p.m., Rev. Fr. Brian Warchola, officiating.  Interment at Holy Name Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda’s memory may be made to the Cambria County Humane Society.  Condolences to the family may be left at www.askew-houser.com
