Her late husband was my Key Club advisor. I watched him courageously battle cancer with her loving support. He left us far too soon. She raised their kids well. She later worked at the middle school with my brother who spoke highly of her, and respected her. Godspeed!

I met Momma D many years ago when I had the privilege of becoming friends with her beautiful daughter, Audia. I spent many weekends at their home over the years getting to know Momma D. Having coffee in the morning, reading the paper, and just having conversations about my daughters and our lives in general. She was a beautiful lady, and visiting without her being there will be tough. Rest in peace Momma D...I love you.
