Obituary of Donna Jean Patterson

PATTERSON - Donna J., 67, of Vienna, VA. and a native of Ebensburg passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 15th 2024.  President of Keystone Asset Management, Inc and voted one of Northern Virginia's top financial professionals in 2023 she was a dedicated colleague, and fixture in the industry.  Donna was passionate about community, faith, and education. Serving as a board member for several non-profit organizations, and giving generously of her time, money, and talent for the benefit of others. A proud “dog mom” of her beloved toy poodles, Pebbles & Tibbles, she also enjoyed playing golf with friends at Westwood Country Club, and was a devoted member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Donna took great pride in her hometown of Ebensburg, PA,  where she frequently visited, preserving her childhood home. She was an indomitable woman, a mentor, a colleague, and friend to many.   She is survived by her niece Courtney Patterson, 2 great nieces, Jada & Ashlee Cox, and 1 great nephew David C. Cox Jr. She was preceded in death by her niece Kelly Patterson, her brother, James “Jim” E. Patterson, and parents, Julianna (Yanek) and John E. Patterson.

Friends will be recieved from 9:00 a.m. Saturday, August 10th, at Holy Name Church Narthex, to the time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., Rev. Fr. Brian Warchola, celebrant.  Interment at Holy Name Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Donna's memory may be made to Bishop Carroll Catholic High School,  728 Ben FRanklin Highway, PA. 15931.  Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.  Condolences to the family may be left at www.askew-houser.com
