DUGAN- Virginia, 94, of Mundys Corner, passed away October 17, 2024. Born March 30, 1930 in Ebensburg, daughter of the late, Dan and Josephine (Ricci) Martin. Preceded in death by husband, Donald R. Dugan; sons, Donald R. and Martin Dugan; brothers, Frank, Dan, Guy and Sante; and sisters, Elsie and Rose. Survived by daughter, Jacqueline A. Miller, wife of Ricky C. Miller; son, Daniel Dugan; grandsons, Scott Donald (Rachael) Miller; and Brad Miller, great grandchildren, Dominic, Brenna, Quinn, and Cody; and several nieces and nephews. Virginia loved her family and was truly devoted to them. Arrangements are in care of the Askew- Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Nanty Glo. Interment, Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg.
