McGEE - Julia (Tannish), 82, of Vintondale, passed away December 15, 2005 in Wisconsin. Born March 5, 1923 in Twin Rocks, daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Varcek) Tannish. Preceded in death by husband Joseph, an infant daughter Julia Ann; brothers Steve, Gus, John, and Frank; and sisters Margaret Armeni and Susie Klucsar. Survived by children: Charlotte McPherson; Elizabeth Schumann, both of Michigan; and Rev. Joseph McGee, of Wisconsin. Also 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and sister Mary Molinick, of Twin Rocks. Former employee of Blacklick Valley Public School. Member of Vintondale Fire Ladies Auxilliary. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m., until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, the Rev. Joseph McGee, officiating. Interment at Bethel Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Julia's memory may be made to Rock Bible Baptist Church, P.O. Box 303, Theresa, Wisconsin 53091.
