LORENZE Mary M., 90, Nanty Glo, passed away Oct. 29, 2014, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born July 29, 1924, in Nanty Glo. Preceded in death by parents, John and Margaret (Sekerak) Gabor; husband, Orlando; daughter, Vickie Mardis; son-in-law, Roger Mardis; sister, Dorothy; and infant brother, John Carl. Survived by sister, Agnes (Joseph) Cavanaugh; brother, Francis (Birgitta) Gabor; special nieces, Deanne Lanzendorfer, Suzanne Johns and Karie Hoffman; many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; friend, Evelyn; a granddaughter; and a great- granddaughter. Member of St. Mary s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo. Friends will be received from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, followed by funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Mary s Church, the Rev. Leonard Voytek, celebrant. Memorial contributions may be sent to Nanty Glo Historical Museum.
