DEBNAR Josephine Mary, 81, of Nanty Glo, went to be with the Lord May 10, 2014 at St. Stephen s Living Center, Nanty Glo. Born January 20, 1933 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Luigi and Teresa (Lanardo) Bellavia. Preceded in death by first husband, Richard Strenko; second husband, John Debnar, Jr.; and sister, Jennie M. Mulato. Survived by sister, Ida Ardire; niece, Teresa Mulato; nephews, Anthony and Arthur Ardire; Joseph, Louis and Andrew Mulato; and their spouses; as well as numerous great nieces and great nephews. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, the Rev. Leonard Voytek, officiating. Committal to follow at St. Mary s Cemetery, Nanty Glo. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo.
